The eLocomotive Process
Initial conversation:
Fairly informal conversation to determine if we are a possible fit
for your needs. This may be a telephone, e-mail, or one on one
meeting. During this conversation, we like to learn about your
company’s current situation. We’ll also tell you a little about
ourselves. If we’re not the right choice to address your current
needs, we’ll help you find someone who is. If our companies are a
good fit for each other, we’ll talk about the next steps and
schedule a meeting to discuss the situation further.
Research and Review:
Before our next meeting, eLocomotive may research your needs,
company, competitors, and industry as necessary. Based on the steps
we agreed on in our initial conversation in this meeting we might
discuss possible needs and potential solutions, provide
recommendations, or deliver a proposal at this point. From here, we
will confirm that both eLocomotive and the client are on the right
track, then move forward with the next step.
Begin the project:
After a few rounds of research, project definition, and proposal
review & contract signing, we will begin the project. At this point,
you’ll receive a project plan from us that illustrates the end
goals, mile stones, and expectations for both sides. We use the
project plan to make sure we are delivering what our clients need
and expect.
Completing the Project:
As each milestone is met, you'll see your website or web application
take shape. The continual feedback we get during the project and the
milestones we meet ensure that the project has met your
expectations. When we complete the final milestones, you'll have a
finished product that's ready to use. At this point, we'll take time
to train you on any necessary parts of your web application and
deliver instructions so you'll get the most from your investment.
Continuing Care After the Project:
Once the project is complete, we don't disappear. We'll always be
availlable to answer questions, offer advice, and support you.
Whether you want added features, retraining, or need answers to a
general technology question, we're here to help. In addition, our
customer care program will keep you informed about technology
advancements that may directly effect your business.
